Fresh Rainbow Trout

Trout prepared five different ways, including our

Pecan Crusted Trout as well as trout with a

crunchy almond topping and a delicious white wine

and mushroom sauce

 

Grilled Boneless Chicken Breast

 Grilled Lemon Chicken with herbs and garlic, served on a bed of long grain and wild rice,

and Chicken Tapenade, with spicy green and black olive paste and feta cheese, served with fruit and nut couscous

 

Baked Virginia Ham

Sugar cured ham, honey glazed and served with raisin sauce

 

Country Ham

Salt cured ham, pan sautéed and served with "red-eye" gravy

 

Roast Beef, Au Jus

Thin sliced from the prime rib, prepared just the way you like it

 

Braised Lamb Shanks

Slow cooked with garlic, oregano and tomatoes

 

Prime Rib

Twelve ounce cut, served au jus or blackened with Cajun spices

 

New York Strip  and Center Cut Sirloin

Marinated, grilled or blackened with Cajun spices

Vegetables and side dishes of the day with soup, salad and dessert

 

Portabellas with Polenta

 Portabellas in a port wine sauce served over polenta wedges
